Shipments of in stock items will be made within one or two business days whenever possible.
Shipping charges are via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified by you the customer. We offer a number of UPS options that you can choose from when you are checking out. These rates are for shipping within the Continental United States only. For orders outside of the Continental US, please ask for more details.
In addition to shipping and handling fees North Carolina sales tax will be added for any order billed from within North Carolina.

Any changes or cancellations of orders must be submitted in writing via email. This process allows us to ensure accuracy of processing your order. Any order cancelled after shipping will be treated as a return. See below for more details on returns.
Our Return Policy:
Returns are rare in our experience, but occasionally they do occur.
If the product is in Brand New and Re-Saleable condition, we will credit your account for the price of the item itself, but we will NOT credit for shipping fees. You will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the product to us.
If the product is damaged in delivery, you must report any visible damage to the box upon delivery to the carrier. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped. Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, the product is defective, or the error is otherwise ours, we will correct it.
Shipping Damages:
All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If product is received damaged, it must be reported to the shipping company – UPS – within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved. It is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Please notify us of the damage after you have reported the claim to the shipping company.
